Eichkater natural sun-dried apricots are unsulfured and contain no additives or preservatives. Gentle drying of the ripe apricots concentrates their valuable minerals and fructose. The apricots have a firm bite and a fruity-sweet, highly aromatic flavor. Because they are unsulfured, their golden-yellow color changes during drying to dark yellow or brownish. Ingredients: pitted apricots. Nutrition information per 100 g: energy 1,009 kJ / 241 kcal; fat 0.5 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0 g; carbohydrates 62.6 g, of which sugars 53.4 g; fiber 7.3 g; protein 3.4 g; salt 0.025 g.
