A training device for recovery after an elbow injury. It is designed for home rehabilitation and may help make arm extension training more effective. The forearm support rotates 360, and the flexion and extension modes can be switched as needed. During training, set the angle to the greatest angle you can tolerate and hold it for 15 minutes. Perform two 15-minute sessions as one set, with a 5-minute break between them, for 23 training sessions per day. Flexion and extension angles are controlled using the angle ruler. The soft inner wall fits closely against the body and helps reduce compression and skin irritation. The rounded corners are designed to avoid snagging and improve comfort.
