Use a suitable device, such as a nebulizer. Alternatively, prepare the medicine and rinse your nose with the prepared solution. Use a suitable container. Before use, warm the medicine to body temperature. Product descriptions Powder for preparing a nasal rinse or a solution for inhalation through the nose. For supportive treatment by moisturizing, cleansing, and reducing swelling of the nasal mucosa in uncomplicated acute infections of the upper respiratory tract and chronic inflammation of the nose and paranasal sinuses, and as an adjunctive treatment measure to accelerate the healing process after sinus surgery. Unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor, the following dosage applies: After preparing an isotonic solution (1 sachet in 250 ml of water or 11.8 g in 1,000 ml of water): - Solution for inhalation through the nose: 34 times daily, inhalation time 1015 minutes. - Solution for nasal rinsing: 13 times daily with 100300 ml of solution. Composition Powder for preparing a solution for nasal rinsing and inhalation through the nose: 1 sachet (2.95 g of powder) contains 2.95 g of Natural Emser Salt (analytical data in g/kg: Li+ 0.21, Na+ 290.9, K+ 6.11, Mg2+ 0.291, Ca2+ 0.016, Mn2+ 0.0001, Fe2+/3+ 0.003, F 0.078, Cl 188.4, Br 0.202, I 0.005, NO3 0.355, SO42 9.24, HCO3 474.4, CO32 14.0).
