Price per 100 g; approx. 2830 bread sticks; shelf life of at least 12 months. Ingredients: 100% sprouted whole rye. Made only from sprouted whole rye and fresh water, unbaked and dried at 33C. 100% raw food quality. The Essene bread is supplied in a resealable bag. The rye is sprouted using fresh water until the sprout reaches a length of 45 mm. The sprouted rye is then gently milled. The bread sticks are gently dried at 33C. The dryer used is powered only by electricity generated from solar, hydropower, or wind energy. Depending on sunlight, the breads are additionally dried in the sun for 2 to 10 hours. Producing this Essene bread involves many individual steps and is very labor-intensive. Great care is taken throughout the entire process, from sprouting the grains to drying the bread sticks. Drying at 33C preserves the vitamins, minerals, and trace elements that would otherwise be lost when baking bread. Due to the gentle drying process, the Essene bread has a long shelf life of at least 12 months.
