Made with probiotic maturation cultures. The recipe uses lean cuts and excellent natural spices. During the three-month maturation process, the probiotic cultures allow this salami to develop an excellent flavor and consistency. Our traditionally crafted sausage is a delicate treat. To perfect the flavor, we smoke it over dry beechwood chips. Ingredients: Beef 65%, pork 20%, bacon, spices, preservative: curing salt with nitrite (E250), sugar, probiotic maturation cultures, smoke. Allergens: none.
