Welcome to fk grain heat pads. This 3-piece set includes an 8-chamber heat pad measuring 80 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 900 g, a 3-chamber heat pad measuring 36 x 18 cm and weighing approximately 500 g, and one small heat pad measuring 17 x 11 cm and weighing approximately 120 g. Choose your preferred color. Depending on how the fabric is cut, the pattern may vary slightly. Shipped via DHL parcel service with tracking number. Use is intended to support self-care and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for heating in the oven: Remove the pad from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pad on a clean, cold rack lined with baking paper. Put the rack on the middle shelf of the oven and heat the pad for approximately 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven and carefully check the temperature with your hands before use. Instructions for heating in the microwave: Remove the pad from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so that the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, it may be necessary to fold the pad in half once. Always place one cup of water in the microwave as well. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pad, as this may cause burns. Do not leave the pad unattended while heating. Do not continue using it if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Keep these instructions for use. Care instructions: Allow the pad to cool completely between uses. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Heat pads with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but must then be dried for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety and warning instructions: Do not heat unattended. Overheating may cause a fire or burns; never heat the pad without supervision in a microwave or oven. Do not exceed the heating times and temperatures specified by the manufacturer. Always check the temperature before use by touching the pad with your hand. A pad that is too hot may cause skin burns, especially for children or older people. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking and burns from improper use. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption; the filling, such as cherry pits, spelt, or rapeseed, must not be opened or eaten. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of choking and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if there is a smell of burning.
