4-chamber flaxseed pillow. Size: approx. 40 x 40 cm. Filling: flaxseed, approx. 1,2001,300 g. Fabric: 100% cotton. Easy to use as a heating pad in the microwave: At approx. 600 watts (medium setting), heat for 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Use only in microwaves with a turntable, which must be able to rotate freely. As a heating pad in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper, place the pillow freely, and put a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approx. 911 minutes. As a heating pad on a radiator: For less heat, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pack: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Other fillings are available, including spelt, cherry pit, flaxseed, grape seed, rapeseed, St. John's wort seed, and wheat fillings, ranging from very firm cherry pits to very fine St. John's wort seeds. This wellness heating and cooling pillow is intended for relaxation and home use. Read the instructions and safety information before use, and retain them for future reference. If the product is passed on to another person, include these instructions. No liability is accepted for damage or injuries resulting from failure to follow the instructions and safety information. Warning: Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease may damage the product. When heating in the microwave, use only appliances with a turntable and ensure that the turntable can rotate freely. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the filling does not dry out. Heating for too long, using excessive power, or using the grill function may cause the pillow to overheat and catch fire. Also follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heating pads. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating.
