Bake your favorite cake or pastry and let it cool. Level the surface. Remove the transparent backing film from the back. If the backing film is difficult to remove, place it in the freezer for approximately 1 minute. 2. Spread the cake with nougat cream, chocolate, or icing, then gently press and align the topper. Do not allow it to come into contact with whipped cream or similar products, as the topper will lose its consistency. If the topper is to be used on a whipped-cream cake, apply it no earlier than 5 minutes before serving. Tip: If necessary, cut the cake topper to size with scissors.
