Welcome to Elly-Torten-Deko. This sugar cake topper is an easy-to-use decoration for cakes and pastries, suitable not only for baking professionals. Simply place the edible topper on the cake or pastry and decorate as desired. Material: sugar. To apply: 1. Bake your preferred cake or pastry and let it cool. Level the surface. Remove the transparent backing film from the back. If the film is difficult to remove, place the topper in the freezer for approximately 1 minute. 2. Spread the cake with nut nougat cream, chocolate, or icing, then gently press and align the topper. Do not place it in contact with cream or similar products, as the topper will lose its consistency. If decorating a cream cake, apply the topper no earlier than 5 minutes before serving. Tip: If necessary, cut the topper to size with scissors.
