This easy-to-prepare baking mix lets you make fluffy, tall and evenly baked sponge cakes of pastry-shop quality. Bake a beautifully flat and delicious cake, then decorate it as desired. Ingredients Sugar, wheat flour, wheat starch, emulsifiers: E472b (palm, rapeseed), E477 (palm), raising agents: E500, E341, E450, E336, E575, glucose syrup (dried), skim milk powder, salt, flavoring, thickener: E415. Directions Stir the eggs and sugar until frothy. Carefully mix in the dry ingredients. Pour the batter into a pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180C (350F) for approximately 2025 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
