Gazi Krem Kaymak is a heat-treated cream product with 23% fat, made from 100% cow's milk. Kaymak is especially popular in the Middle East and Near East. Traditionally, the milk is heated for several hours after milking. The cream layer that forms on the surface is skimmed off in several stages. In culinary terms, this cream product is layered cream. A similar product from England is clotted cream. Use as an accompaniment to sweet dishes, as a spread, to refine sauces, as a snack, or with sweets such as baklava. It can also be served with cevapi, lamb, gilthead sea bream, chicken, and other meat and fish dishes. Naturally free from colorants and flavorings. Halal and vegetarian. For consistent freshness and quality, store at 4C to 8C after opening and consume within a few days. Ingredients: Cream, stabilizers (cellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, carrageenan).
