As a heat pillow in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and make sure the pillow is not covered. Place a cup of water in the oven. Using top and bottom heat, place it on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. As a heat pillow on a radiator: If less heat is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours.
