Eye pillow length: approximately 21 cm. Filling: approximately 200 g of flaxseed and eyebright. Cover: 100% cotton. Suitable for tired and stressed eyes or swollen eyelids. Cools and refreshes swelling and is also suitable as a relaxation pillow. The pillow adapts to the contours of the eye area. Simply place it over the eye area. This eye pillow is not a sleep mask. The pillow is not washable. Storage: When not in use, store the pillow in the freezer so that a cooling eye mask is always available. Cooling use: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. The flaxseed consists of narrow, flexible, oily brown seeds approximately 5 mm long. When warmed, the flaxseed pillow has a fine, slightly nutty, oily scent typical of flaxseed. The pillow is not washable. General information: This wellness heating and cooling pillow is intended for personal use at home for comfort and relaxation. Read the instructions and safety information before use, and retain them for future reference. If the item is passed on, include these instructions. Heating instructions: MICROWAVE WITH TURNTABLE: 600 W (medium setting) for 1 minute. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow and continue heating in 15-second intervals. OVEN: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and switch off the grill function. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. COOLING: Place in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. RADIATOR: Warm on a radiator when less heat is required. Warning: Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease can damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the seeds do not dry out. Heating for too long, using too high a power setting, or using the grill function can overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Also follow your appliance's instructions; some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it.
