Easy to use as a heating pad in the microwave: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for about 1 minute. If the desired warmth has not yet been reached, shake the pillow well and continue heating it in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. As a heating pad in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper. The pillow must be positioned freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. As a heating pad on a radiator: If less warmth is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pack: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Different fillings (pits and grains): Depending on the selected option, various fillings are available, including spelt, cherry pits, flaxseeds, grape seeds, rapeseeds, St. Johns wort seeds, and wheat. The fillings range from very hard cherry pits to very fine St. Johns wort seeds. Recommendation: rapeseed pillow. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease can damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the grains do not dry out. Heating for too long, using excessive power, or leaving the grill function switched on can cause the pillow to overheat and potentially catch fire. Also follow the instructions for your appliance. Some appliances prohibit heating heating pads. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again. When warmed, the flaxseed pillow has a delicate, slightly nutty, oily scent typical of flaxseeds.
