3-chamber flaxseed pack. Size: approximately 20 x 50 cm. Filling: approximately 1,100 g of flaxseeds. Fabric: 100% organic cotton. Made in Germany. Suitable for many uses, including the neck, back, abdomen, legs, and feet. The 20 x 50 cm pack is divided into three chambers so the filling remains flexible while staying evenly distributed. Its size makes it suitable as an abdominal, back, leg, or foot pack, and it is also well suited for use as a neck pack. Usage: For the microwave, heat at approximately 600 watts on the medium setting for 90 seconds. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pack thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For the oven, do not preheat. Use parchment paper, place the pack freely, and put a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. For gentle heating, the pack may be warmed on a radiator. To use as a cold pack, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Safety: Read the instructions and safety information before use and keep them for future reference. If the item is passed on, include these instructions. Caution: fire hazard. Make sure the seams are closed and the pack is clean and undamaged. Contamination such as food particles or grease residue may damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so the seeds do not dry out. Excessive heating, excessive power, or use of the grill function can cause the pack to overheat and possibly catch fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heat packs. Allow the pack to cool completely before heating it again. Other available fillings include spelt, cherry pits, grape seeds, rapeseeds, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat. The range extends from very firm cherry pits to very fine St. John's wort seeds. The manufacturer's recommendation is a rapeseed pack.
