Use as a heat pillow in the microwave: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for about 1 minute. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. In the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use parchment paper and ensure the pillow lies freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. On a radiator: For gentler warming, the pillow can be heated on a radiator. As a cold pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Different filling options are available, including spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed seeds, St. John's kernels, and wheat. The fillings range from very firm cherry pits to very fine St. John's kernels. The recommended filling is rapeseed seeds. This wellness heat-and-cold pillow is intended for relaxation and home use.
