Easy to use as a microwave heat pillow: At approximately 600 watts (medium setting), heat for approximately 1 minute. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating it in 15-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached. As an oven heat pillow: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper. The pillow must lie freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. As a radiator heat pillow: If less warmth is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Why use a blend of lavender flowers and flaxseeds? Lavender flowers do not store heat or cold; the flaxseeds provide this function. The pillow is filled with 5% pure lavender flowers, which is sufficient to provide the characteristic lavender scent. Different fillings: The available options include spelt, cherry pit, flaxseed, grape seed, rapeseed, St. John's wort seed, and wheat pillows, as well as this lavender heat pillow. The fillings range from very firm, such as cherry pits, to very fine, such as St. John's wort seeds. Recommended: rapeseed and flaxseed pillows. Always make sure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food residue or grease residue can damage the product. The grill function must be switched off. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the grains do not dry out. Heating for too long, using too high a power level, or leaving the grill function switched on can cause the pillow to overheat and potentially catch fire. Also follow the instructions for your appliance. Some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again.
