Three-chamber spelt pillow measuring approximately 20 x 50 cm, filled with approximately 1,100 g of organic spelt and covered in 100% cotton. Its versatile size makes it suitable as a neck, back, abdominal, leg, or foot pillow. The three-chamber design helps keep the filling flexible while maintaining even distribution. Use it as a heat pack in the microwave, oven, or on a radiator, or as a cold pack after placing it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. For microwave use, heat at 600 watts on the medium setting for 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow well and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For oven use, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, switch off the grill function, place the pillow on the middle rack with top and bottom heat at 150C for approximately 911 minutes, and place a cup of water in the oven. The pillow must be freely positioned. It can also be gently warmed on a radiator when less heat is needed. Spelt is a grain with naturally high moisture content. When heated, the spelt kernels release a pleasant grain aroma. The pillow is not suitable for people with gluten intolerance and is not washable. The exact instructions for use are included with the product. Caution: Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contaminants such as food or grease residues may damage the product. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven to prevent the grains from drying out. Excessive heating, excessive power, or using the grill function may overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances do not permit heating heat packs. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it.
