6-chamber rapeseed pillow. Size: approx. 40 x 30 cm. Filling: approx. 1,500 g rapeseeds. Fabric: 100% cotton. Suitable for many uses, including the back, abdomen, and feet. Made in Germany. The 40 x 30 cm pillow is divided into six chambers so the filling remains flexible while staying evenly distributed. This shape is particularly suitable as a back pillow or abdominal pillow, and also as a foot warmer or bed warmer. Usage instructions As a heat pillow in the microwave: Use a microwave with a turntable at 600 watts on the medium setting for approximately 90 seconds. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached. Place a cup of water in the microwave so the seeds do not dry out. As a heat pillow in the oven: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and place the pillow so it is unobstructed. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The grill function must be switched off. As a heat pillow on a radiator: If less warmth is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cold pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Different fillings: Other available fillings include spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat. The fillings range from very hard cherry pits to very fine St. John's wort seeds. The recommended option is the rapeseed filling.
