Three-chamber wheat grain pillow measuring approximately 20 x 50 cm, with a filling of approximately 1,100 g of wheat grains and a 100% cotton cover. The versatile size is suitable for use on the neck, back, abdomen, legs, and feet. The pillow can be warmed in the microwave, oven, or on a radiator, or cooled in the refrigerator or freezer. For microwave use, heat at 600 watts on the medium setting for 90 seconds. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For oven use, do not preheat the oven, use baking paper, switch off the grill function, place the pillow on the middle rack with top and bottom heat at 150 C for approximately 911 minutes, and place a cup of water in the oven. The pillow must lie freely. For lower heat requirements, it may be warmed on a radiator. To use as a cold pillow, place it in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Read the instructions and safety information before use and keep them for future reference. Caution: Fire hazard. Ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Food or grease residues may damage the product. Excessive heating, excessive power, or use of the grill function may overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating. The pillow is not washable and, like spelt grain pillows, is not suitable for people with gluten intolerance.
