Every 500 grams of this tea consists of approximately 50,000 buds. As a skilled farmer can pick 2,000 buds per day, producing one pound of tea requires 20 farmers to collect the buds for a full day. Delicately twisted leaves with a high concentration of golden tips distinguish this tea from other black teas. It brews to a deep mahogany color with a bold, deep, crisp flavor. Avoid oversteeping, as this high-quality tea can become bitter if brewed incorrectly. The full-bodied infusion has a deep red color, honey-like sweetness, subtle milkiness, and a light copper-colored finish. Usage: 1. Use 5 grams of tea per 200 ml of water. 2. Heat water to 85C (185F) and steep for one minute. 3. Add 30 seconds for subsequent infusions. 4. Adjust the amount of tea leaves, steeping time, and water temperature according to your preference. Storage: Seal and keep in a cool, shady, dry place.
