It is extra virgin and cold-pressed, naturally produced without additives, and made from 100% Koroneiki olives. PDO Messara is a Protected Designation of Origin for verified origin. Rich in polyphenols and with low acidity, it is suitable for salads, finishing dishes, and gentle cooking at approximately 170180C; it is not suitable for deep-frying.
