Processing: This coffee has a harmonious and balanced flavor, with a naturally mild character and refined aroma. It is made from Arabica beans from the highlands of South and Central America. We maintain long-term partnerships with our coffee farmers. Protected under the canopy of tall shade trees, Lebensbaum coffees grow slowly. The coffee cherries are always harvested by hand. Because each coffee plant bears both ripe and unripe cherries, hand selection is especially important. Only ripe coffee cherries are picked for Lebensbaum coffees. This careful selection contributes to the special quality of the coffee. In-house roasting: We roast slowly and at a low temperature so that the coffee develops its full, balanced aroma. Preparation: Ideal for fully automatic coffee machines. When freshly ground, it is also suitable for classic filter brewing and French press. For the best flavor experience, please follow the instructions provided by the machine manufacturer. Certifications: We Care, EU Organic logo, and German state organic logo. Not included (not tested): gluten-containing cereals, wheat, khorasan wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, other gluten-containing cereals, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, lactose, tree nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, Brazil nuts, pistachios, macadamia nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulfites, lupin, and mollusks.
