This 19 x 19 cm grain pillow has a cover made of 100% cotton from controlled organic cultivation and is made in Germany. Depending on whether heat or cooling is needed, warm it in the microwave or oven, place it on a radiator, or cool it in the refrigerator or freezer. For microwave use, heat at approximately 600 watts for 1 minute. If needed, shake the pillow and continue heating in 15-second intervals. For oven use, do not preheat the oven; use baking paper, switch off the grill function, place the pillow freely on the middle rack, and put a cup of water in the oven. Use top and bottom heat at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. For cooling, place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Before use, read and retain the instructions and safety information. Caution: fire hazard. Ensure that the seams are closed and the pillow is clean and undamaged. Food or grease residues may damage the product. Excessive heating, excessive power, or using the grill function can overheat the pillow and cause a fire. Follow the instructions for your appliance, as some appliances prohibit heating heat pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating. Other filling options are available, including spelt, cherry pit, flaxseed, grape seed, rapeseed, St. John's wort seed, and wheat fillings.
