Heat and cold pillow with a 100% cotton cover and a filling of approximately 350 g of grape seeds. Grape seeds are the fruit stones of grapes. This medium-sized filling is gently sifted and dried without the use of chemicals. At first, grape seed pillows may have a particularly fruity, wine-like natural scent. Depending on whether you need warmth or immediate cooling, heat the pillow in the microwave or oven, or cool it in the refrigerator or freezer. It can also be gently warmed on a radiator when less heat is needed. For microwave use, heat at approximately 600 watts (medium setting) for about 1 minute. If the desired temperature has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. For oven use, do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and ensure the pillow lies freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Heat using top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 130C for approximately 911 minutes. For cold use, place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Other available fillings include spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat; these range from very hard cherry pits to very fine St. John's wort seeds. The recommendation is the rapeseed filling. WARNING: Overheating and drying out may cause a fire. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to a choking hazard from swallowable small parts. Allow the pillow to cool completely before reheating it. Never heat a heat pillow unattended. Follow the operating instructions for your microwave and oven. Check the temperature of the heat pillow before use or before giving it to another person to prevent burns. Ensure that the seams are always securely closed. A heat pillow is not a toy.
