GRUBAUER'S Sauce is a plant-based, cholesterol-free gourmet sauce with versatile uses. Ideal as a standalone sauce with pan-fried meats, roasts, ground meat dishes, skewers, and roulades, or as an addition to existing stocks and sauces. Ingredients: palm fat, yeast extract, rice flour, modified starch, salt, sugar, dextrose, flavoring, paprika, onion, barley malt extract, tomatoes, thickener xanthan gum, seasoning. Preparation: Stir 1 heaped tablespoon (approximately 25 g) of GRUBAUER'S Gourmet Sauce into 1/4 liter of lukewarm water and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Nutritional values per 100 ml prepared: Energy 158.5 kJ / 37.7 kcal; fat 1.48 g, of which saturated fatty acids 0.99 g; carbohydrates 5.2 g, of which sugars 1.29 g; fiber 0.25 g; protein 0.1 g; salt 1.1 g.
