• STORY: The marriage of the noble Guerrieri family from Bardolino and the Rizzardi family from Valpolicella created one of the most important wineries on Lake Garda in 1678. The winery in Soave was added in 1970. Since 2016, Rizzardi has officially been part of the Amarone Families.
• VINIFICATION: The ripe grapes are first pressed, then the must is filtered and stored in refrigerated tanks. It is then fermented at approximately 20C using wine yeast. A carbon dioxide pressure of at least 3 bar at 20C develops its fine, delicate effervescence.
