The adhesive strips on the tape extensions must be replaced after 812 weeks. For a complete hair extension, you need approximately 4060 x 2.5 g tape wefts, corresponding to 100150 g of hair; for added volume, you need only half that amount. Care and styling: The extensions are made from non-growing hair, so choosing the right care products is important. A range of special extension care products is available, such as shampoo, oil, treatments, and conditioning sprays. You can straighten, curl, and style the extensions like your own hair. However, excessive heat can damage the extensions just as it can your own hair. Coloring: We advise against coloring or tinting the extensions, as this may damage them. Instructions for use: Tape extensions can also be easily applied to sparse or thin areas using cover-up tapes. They are ideal for women with very fine hair, and the sandwich technique minimizes stress on natural hair. We recommend 34 packs for the entire head. Maintain softness and shine by washing gently with mild shampoo and conditioner; air-dry for best results. Thoroughly clean your natural hair with a clarifying shampoo to remove all remaining care and styling products. If you do not, the extensions may not stay securely in place. The tapes on tape-in extensions must be replaced after 812 weeks. Special replacement tape is available in our store. You can straighten, curl, or style the extensions with a curling iron like your own hair. Warning: Keep away from open flames and direct heat sources.
