Ayurveda recommends a simple, practical, and effective way to drink water in a holistic manner: drinking water from a copper vessel. To prepare copper water, pour water into the copper vessel and let it stand overnight. When water is stored in the copper bottle for a certain period, the resulting water is infused with the health-promoting properties of copper. Drink it as soon as you get up in the morning. You can also use your copper vessel to drink water from it at any time. It is recommended to drink the water at room temperature. The copper vessel should not be stored in the refrigerator. Copper naturally darkens over time. The copper vessel should be cleaned from time to time. Use lemon juice or tamarind to rub the utensils. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse with water.
