Alternatively, customers in border regions may submit the sample at a German post office using the German shipping envelope. The results serve as a basis for individualized therapy, which should only be undertaken after consultation with a physician or therapist. How does the ordering process work? After you place your order, we will send you the requested test kit with detailed instructions. You collect your sample in a tube and send it in the prepared envelope to our partner laboratory, GANZIMMUN DIAGNOSTICS AG. You will receive a report evaluating your profile after approximately 57 business days. Laboratory evaluation is already included in the test kit price. There are no additional costs.
