Ingredients: Iodized salt (salt, potassium iodate), maltodextrin, flavor enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), palm fat, sugar, flavoring (with BARLEY, WHEAT), yeast extract, beef extract, spices, acidity regulator citric acid. Hepp's beef soup with typically spicy beef extract, a delicious blend of spices, and flavorful herbs is a hearty bouillon for true connoisseurs. This beef broth is excellent as a starter. We recommend serving it with semolina dumplings, Fldle, liver spaetzle, noodles, baked peas, and Maultaschen, or serving the beef soup as an elegant consomm, for example with a splash of sherry. For Gaisburger Marsch or traditional wedding soup, this hearty bouillon provides a flavorful soup base and tastes like an authentic rich broth made from bones and soup vegetables. Hepp's beef soup makes braised dishes juicy and delicious. It can also be used as beef stock and is excellent for preparing braised dishes such as turkey roulades, beef roulades, beef goulash, braised beef, or ratatouille. The beef stock is added as a flavorful liquid during braising. The most important rule when preparing braised dishes is never to add too much liquid at once. Once the meat is well browned on all sides, add the beef broth and, if desired, a splash of red or white wine. Special seasonings such as rosemary or thyme can now be added. Bring everything to a vigorous boil again. Cover with a tightly fitting lid and reduce the heat so that everything simmers gently. Directions: Stir 1 tablespoon (approx. 23 g) into hot water to make 1 liter of soup.
