A refreshing, all-natural tooth gel sweetened with xylitol and stevia. The gel is free from sodium saccharin, fluoride, and microplastics, and is 100% vegan. It is especially mild and is also popular with people who have very sensitive mouths. Herbdent Ayurvedic Tooth Gel with xylitol contains various plant extracts and herbs that, according to Ayurvedic tradition, have long been used in natural oral care for their soothing and relieving properties. Extracts of licorice, amla, and aloe vera help prevent inflammation, bleeding gums, and cavity-causing bacteria, while soothing and strengthening sensitive gums and gently caring for the entire mouth. The xylitol used in the toothpaste is a natural substance obtained from birch. Xylitol has antimicrobial properties, helps maintain the acid-base balance in the mouth, and thereby inhibits bacterial growth. Gum problems are primarily caused by bacteria, which thrive in acidic saliva. Sugary foods can contribute to this condition. Bacteria also contribute to the formation of plaque, the adhering film of saliva and food particles. This plaque in turn promotes bacterial growth and may encourage gum irritation. Untreated plaque can harden along the gumline and develop into tartar. Directions for use: Apply a pea-sized amount of gel to a wet toothbrush. Use circular movements for two minutes to cover all tooth surfaces. Rinse thoroughly. Warnings: Keep out of reach of children. Do not swallow.
