Product description Plumbeo gray with a green undertone. Perfect as a base for eye makeup, as a kohl pencil for extreme intensity, or for mysterious and alluring smoky eyes. Directions for use Kohl pencil: Apply to the inner rim of the eye to intensify the look. Light colors help make the eyes appear larger, while darker colors emphasize the eye shape. Base: Apply Pastel over the entire eyelid, blend with a soft brush, and then apply a similar or contrasting eyeshadow by patting the color onto the area. Eyeliner: Line the upper lash line with Pastel, then use an eyeliner brush to extend the color outward at the outer corner of the eye for a perfect 1960s-style flick. Smoky eyes: Define the lash line and eye with soft strokes, then use a soft brush to pull the color outward and finish with a medium-toned powder eyeshadow. Set the Pastel line with a powder eyeshadow or a touch of translucent powder to extend wear. Warnings For external use only. Do not swallow. Store in a dry place, protected from heat.
