Iodized curing salt made from pure evaporated salt for preserving meat. Curing is one of the oldest preservation methods. Among other purposes, this method is intended to achieve the best possible color development. It enhances flavor, inhibits microbial growth, and has an antioxidant effect. GUSTOSAL nitrite curing salt also extends shelf life and improves consistency and juiciness.
