The mix is highly productive: 500 g is sufficient for at least 2 cakes measuring 2628 cm in diameter. It is also easy to prepare: simply stir the powder with water, add butter, and whip until light and fluffy. To refine the flavor, add fruit or flavoring pastes. For chocolate buttercream, use tempered couverture. Important: Do not use spreadable butter, as this can make the buttercream greasy.
