In its second generation, it produces sausage products by hand according to traditional recipes. Our beef soup is ideal as a quick snack, as a base for a hearty stew, or for a delicious sauce to serve with roast beef. We slowly and gently cook beef bones with plenty of vegetables to make a tasty broth. The soup is then filled into jars and heated under pressure in an autoclave to above 100C. This gives it a shelf life of 18 months. However, the preserves should be stored as cool as possible and protected from direct sunlight. We guarantee at least 6 months of remaining best-before shelf life upon delivery. The jars have a classic screw-top lid, so no separate opener is needed. Ingredients: Broth (drinking water, boiled beef bones), vegetables (including celery), table salt, spices, herbs, maltodextrin. Average nutritional values per 100 g: Energy: 301 kJ / 74 kcal; fat: 2.80 g; of which saturates: 0.91 g; carbohydrates: 2.2 g; of which sugars: 1.05 g; protein: 2.2 g; salt: 1.2 g.
