Flavor: harmonious, slightly sweet, piquant acidity. Coffee is grown in Honduras at elevations starting from 700 meters. However, the finest qualities are grown at elevations above 1,500 meters. From 1,500 meters onward, it is designated SHG, meaning Strictly High Grown. Classic Caffee uses only the finest Honduras SHG qualities here. The Honduras coffee stands out for its very pronounced acidity and medium body, making it an overall very harmonious, good coffee.
