Applications: This highly effective cleaning concentrate removes grease, oil, wax, coal, kerosene, soot, ink and other stubborn contaminants in industrial settings. ILKA Industriefix Refatting can be used, for example, as a machine cleaner, deep cleaner, maintenance cleaner, tarpaulin cleaner, plastic cleaner or grill cleaner. It has a refatting effect and therefore provides effective protection against corrosion. Properties: ILKA Industriefix Refatting is a highly effective concentrate with emulsifying action, is biodegradable and complies with the German Detergents and Cleaning Products Act 9. It is non-toxic, has no unpleasant odor, is non-corrosive, fire-safe and biodegradable. After a spill, flush with plenty of water into the sewer system. Advantages: Economical due to its high dilution ratio; no heat is required; works quickly and reliably with substantial deep-cleaning action. Dwell time: This depends on the degree of soiling. Normally, the dirt dissolves after a few moments; with thicker layers, the dwell time is only a few minutes. Use: Dilute ILKA Industriefix Refatting with water at a ratio of 1:1 to 1:50, or 1:10 to 1:100 when used in automatic cleaning machines; higher dilutions may be used depending on testing. Apply to the surface to be cleaned, allow to work according to the degree of soiling, then rinse with water. Mechanical removal is only necessary if required. Suitable for immersion baths, buckets and brushes, single-disc machines, automatic cleaning machines and spray equipment. Test an inconspicuous area before use.
