Soprano comes from one of Apulia's oldest grape varieties and is the result of careful selection of our harvested grapes. In the glass, it displays a bright ruby color with violet reflections. On the palate, it offers a fresh, intense and spicy bouquet. Soft, velvety and harmonious, with notes of cherries and a hint of cooked plums and raisins. This Primitivo is an ideal accompaniment to game, dark meat and hard cheese. The Primitivo grape variety is identical to Zinfandel, which is why Italian Primitivo winemakers sometimes market their wine under the better-known name Zinfandel. The best-known Italian growing area for Primitivo is Manduria in the Apulia region, home to the Primitivo di Manduria DOC zone. However, some excellent examples, such as our Soprano, are also sold under the IGT Primitivo di Puglia designation. Ingredients: Contains sulfites. Instructions for use: Dry.
