EPA-DHA Balance is a dietary supplement containing eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in a 2:1 ratio. Ingredients: Fish oil with omega-3 fatty acids, including EPA and DHA; natural strawberry flavor; mixed natural tocopherols; gelatin; glycerin; purified water. The softgel capsule contains fish from anchovies and sardines. Nutrition information: Per 1 softgel / per 2 softgels: 10 kcal / 20 kcal; fat 1 g / 2 g; fish oil concentrate 1,000 mg / 2,000 mg; total omega-3 fatty acids 600 mg / 1,200 mg; EPA 400 mg / 800 mg; DHA 200 mg / 400 mg. Daily reference value not established. Directions: Take 1 softgel 12 times daily with meals. Alternatively, take 2 softgels per day with meals or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. For adults only.
