Description

  • START RIGHT AWAY: Set up your own vegan water kefir in just a few minutes and enjoy uncomplicated fermentation.
  • NATURAL CRYSTAL GRAINS: The active Japanese crystals grow with each batch and contain live microorganisms. They transform water and sugar into a refreshing, sparkling drink.
  • FRESH FLAVOR: Carefully selected organic ingredients, such as figs and raisins, give the finished water kefir a mild sweetness and pleasantly fruity bouquet with every fermentation.
  • SUSTAINABLE CARE: With proper handling, the high-quality kefir grains can be reused again and again. They are robust and adapt to different taste preferences, allowing you to customize your water kefir.
  • TECHNICAL DETAILS: Makes 1 liter per batch; includes 32 g water kefir culture, organic raw cane sugar, organic figs, organic raisins, lemon, plastic strainer, spoon and funnel, glass bottle, and fermentation vessel. German instructions included.
  • EASY TO USE: Add the culture to the fermentation vessel, fill with water, sugar, lemon slices, and dried fruit, and let ferment for a few days. After straining, you will have a fresh, homemade drink.
