Kelmy Vanilla Frosting Powder, 300 g, is a ready-to-use powder for preparing buttercream. Add water or milk to make a smooth cream for various decorations and fillings for cakes, cupcakes, sponge cakes, couvertures, or other desserts. Directions: Mix 300 g of powder thoroughly by hand with 300 ml of water or milk. Whip for 510 minutes at medium speed using a stand mixer or hand mixer to obtain an even cream. The buttercream frosting is then ready to use as a topping or filling. Made in Spain. Only suitable for use with fondant to a limited extent.
