General information: This product is intended to support self-treatment and does not replace a visit to a doctor. Instructions for use: To heat in the oven, remove the pillow from its packaging. Preheat the oven to 120C using top and bottom heat. Place the pillow on a clean, cold oven rack covered with baking paper, and place the rack on the middle shelf. Heat for approximately 15 minutes. Remove the pillow and carefully check its temperature with your hands before use. To heat in the microwave, remove the pillow from its packaging and place it in a clean microwave. Position it so the clean turntable can rotate freely. Depending on the size of the microwave, the pillow may need to be folded once in the middle. Caution: Always place a cup of water in the microwave as well. Heat at 600 watts for approximately 2 minutes. Never overheat the pillow; risk of burns. Do not leave the pillow unattended while heating. Do not continue using it if the cover is damaged, discolored, or burned. Keep these instructions for use. Care instructions: Allow the pillow to cool completely between uses. Store it in a dry place when not in use. Heat pillows with natural fillings may be washed at 30C, but they must be allowed to dry for a very long time, preferably on a radiator, due to the risk of mold. Safety and warning information: Do not heat unattended. Overheating may cause fire or burns; never heat the pillow without supervision in a microwave or oven. Do not overheat. Follow the heating times and temperatures specified by the manufacturer. Always check the temperature before use by carefully touching the pillow. A pillow that is too hot may cause skin burns, especially for children or older people. Do not use for children under 3 years of age due to the risk of choking and burns from incorrect use. Use only under adult supervision. Not suitable for consumption. Do not open or eat the contents, such as cherry pits, spelt, or rapeseed. If washed at 30C, allow the pillow to dry thoroughly for a long time, preferably on a radiator, to prevent mold. Do not place on open wounds or inflamed skin. Do not use while sleeping due to the risk of choking and overheating. Check regularly for damage. Do not use the product if a seam is leaking or if you notice a burning smell.
