Kleine Zalze Cellar Selection Cinsault Ros 2025 is a dry, fresh and elegant ros made from 100% Cinsault grapes from South Africas W.O. Coastal Region. The grapes benefit from the regions diverse soils, maritime climate and ocean breezes. The wine offers a smooth texture and lively aromas of ripe cherry and strawberry, complemented by subtle rose and fine spicy notes. Aged exclusively in stainless steel, it preserves the varietal freshness and light minerality of the Cinsault grape without oak influence. With 12.5% ABV, residual sugar of 3.10 g/L, total acidity of 6.50 g/L and a pH of 3.10, it is well suited to immediate enjoyment or storage for up to 3 years. Serve well chilled at 5054F (1012C) with fish, seafood, poultry, pork, light pasta dishes, salads, sushi or tapas, or enjoy it on its own as an aperitif. The wine is vegan-friendly, contains sulfites and has approximately 75 kcal and 1.20 g of carbohydrates per 100 mL, including 0.20 g of sugar. Delivered in a retail-ready six-pack.
