Knorr Delikatess Gravy Sauce has a rich flavor that complements meat without masking its natural taste. Whether served with pork, game or other meats, the sauce enhances the prepared dish. It is easy and versatile to use. The 12% roux provides medium thickening without lumps in the finished gravy. The brown gravy is vegan and can also be enjoyed by those who do not eat meat. Use it as gravy, as a sauce thickener or for refining sauces. Preparation: Stir the contents of the package into 100 liters of cold, warm or boiling water, or sprinkle directly over hot roasted food and add liquid as desired. Simmer for 3 minutes while stirring. For 1 liter of gravy, use 100 g of Delikatess Gravy Sauce. Ideal with dishes such as beef topside, rolled and braised roasts, schnitzel, burgers and game dishes such as game lasagna. Free from additives requiring declaration, MSG according to the recipe, colorants and preservatives; vegan.
