• Preparation: Saut the mix briefly in olive oil, deglaze with white wine, add boiling broth, and cook. Stir in olive oil or butter and Parmesan before serving.

Contents: 230 g. Porcini and saffron risotto mix. Ingredients: rice (Italy), porcini mushrooms 1.5% (Boletus edulis), onion (SULFITES), turmeric, parsley, saffron (0.003%), natural saffron flavor. Preparation: Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan, add the mix, and toast for a few seconds, stirring with a wooden spoon. Deglaze with white wine. Add boiling broth and simmer.
