6-chamber spelt pillow. Size: approximately 40 x 30 cm. Filling: organic spelt, approximately 1,500 g. Fabric: 100% cotton. Uses include the back, abdomen, and feet. Made in Germany. The 40 x 30 cm pillow is divided into 6 chambers so the filling remains flexible while staying evenly distributed. This shape is especially suitable as a back pillow or abdominal pillow, as well as a foot warmer and bed warmer. Easy to use As a microwave heating pillow: With a turntable microwave, heat at approximately 600 watts (medium setting) for 90 seconds. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired warmth is reached. As an oven heating pillow: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper. The pillow must lie freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The grill function must be switched off. As a heating pillow on a radiator: If less warmth is needed, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. As a cooling pillow: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Different fillings: You can choose between different fillings, including spelt, cherry pits, flaxseed, grape seeds, rapeseed, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat. The fillings range from very firm cherry pits to very fine St. John's wort seeds. Our recommendation is rapeseed. General information Wellness heating and cooling pillow for comfort and relaxation at home. Read the instructions and safety information before using the pillow, and keep them for future reference. If the item is given to another person, include these instructions. No liability is accepted for damage or injuries resulting from failure to follow the instructions and safety information. Warnings CAUTION! Fire hazard. Always ensure that the seams are closed and that the pillow is clean and undamaged. Contamination such as food residue or grease deposits can damage the product. Place a cup of water in the microwave or oven so that the grains do not dry out. Heating for too long, using too high a power setting, or using the grill function can cause the pillow to overheat and potentially catch fire. Also follow the instructions for your appliance; some appliances prohibit heating warming pillows. Allow the pillow to cool completely before heating it again.
