The lightweight neck heating pillow provides low pressure and can be used in many ways. Both the pillow and the collar are filled, and the pillow remains comfortably in place around the neck and shoulder area while walking, sitting, and bending. The flaxseeds can be warmed in the microwave or oven. A heating application takes approximately 15 minutes. Made in Germany. Detailed instructions are included. Microwave use: At approximately 600 watts, or medium power, heat for about 90 seconds. If the desired warmth has not been reached, shake the neck heating pillow thoroughly and continue heating in 15-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Place a cup of water in the microwave. Oven use: Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper and make sure the pillow is positioned freely. Place a cup of water in the oven. Use conventional top and bottom heat on the middle rack at 150C for approximately 911 minutes. The grill function must be switched off. Radiator use: For less heat, the pillow can be warmed on a radiator. Cooling use: Place the pillow in the refrigerator or freezer for several hours. Other filling options may be available, including spelt, cherry pits, flaxseeds, grape seeds, rapeseeds, St. John's wort seeds, and wheat grains. The options range from relatively hard cherry pits to fine St. John's wort seeds. The stated recommendation is rapeseed filling.
