Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 200C conventional heat (170C fan-assisted). 2. Place fresh or frozen pollock fillets, without thawing, in a shallow casserole dish. 3. Heat the cream and water in a saucepan. Stir in MAGGI Fix & Frisch Pollock in Herb Cream and bring to a boil. Pour the sauce over the pollock fillets and cook in the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Frozen fish requires 35 minutes.
