Description
- Creates an immediate, long-lasting, well-defined lash curl that holds for 68 weeks.
- Remove makeup with an oil-free remover, rinse thoroughly, and dry.
- Apply adhesive to the upper eyelid near the lashes, place the lash rod on the adhesive, then apply adhesive to the rod and attach the lashes.
- Apply Lash Perm Gel (Step 1) from the roots to the tips. A slight tingling sensation is normal and disappears after 30 seconds. Leave on for 1518 minutes, then remove with a cloth and water.
- Apply Lash Perm Neutralizer (Step 2) to each lash from root to tip. Leave on for 8 minutes, then remove the excess with a cloth and remove the rods with water.
- Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
